Short version: we only collect what you type into our forms, we use it to reply to you, and we don't track you.

Who we are

Gertie is being set up as a company in Ireland. Until it is registered, Rose Tighe runs Gertie and is responsible for your data. You can reach us through the forms on this site.

What we collect

• What you type into our founder or developer forms: your name, email and the answers you give.
• Nothing else. This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Our fonts are hosted on this site, so your visit isn't shared with Google.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a health check, quote or developer trial.
• We rely on your request to us (steps before a possible contract) and our legitimate interest in replying.
• We never sell your details or add you to a mailing list without asking.

Where it's kept

Form answers are stored by Netlify, which hosts this site. Netlify may process data in the United States under its data processing agreement and standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Up to 12 months after we last hear from you, unless we start working together. Then we keep what the work and the law require.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time, or object to how we use them. Send us a message through either form. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland at dataprotection.ie.
