Moving those prototypes into a setup the founder owns: her own repo, hosting and database, with tests and backups.

Looking after live products with monthly checks and small changes.
Claude Code, a shared library of skills, and a second developer reviews every piece of work.

Core team
A part-time employee on steady days, with the holiday, pension and leave rights that come with employment. We'll open these roles as projects are booked.
Associate
You run your own practice and bring your own tools. You keep a bigger share of the day rate.
